By creating an account or using SyncCast you agree to these terms.

2. THE SERVICE

SyncCast routes a single live stream to multiple third-party platforms you connect. Availability is provided "as is" without warranty.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

No illegal content, harassment, spam, copyright infringement, or violation of the destination platforms' rules. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

5. YOUR CONTENT

You keep all rights to streams and media you publish. You grant us a limited license only to deliver the service.

6. PRICING

All plans are currently free during launch. We will give advance notice before introducing paid plans.

7. TERMINATION

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend service for violations of these terms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, SyncCast is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
