1. WHO WE ARE

SyncCast ("we", "us") provides a multi-platform live streaming service that lets creators broadcast one stream to multiple destinations (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Account info: email, display name, avatar.
• Connected platforms: OAuth tokens granted by you to publish on your behalf. We never see your platform passwords.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, error logs (for product improvement).
• Streams & media you upload to your account.

3. HOW WE USE IT

To run the service, authenticate you, route your stream to your connected platforms, send service notifications, and improve features. We do not sell your data.

4. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

When you connect YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or similar, those platforms' own privacy policies apply to the data they receive from your broadcast.

5. DATA RETENTION

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page, which removes your data within 30 days.

6. SECURITY

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored with restricted server-side access.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at support@synccast.org.

8. CHILDREN

SyncCast is not directed to children under 13.
